This Privacy Policy applies to https://setfirecreative.com/ (the “Website”) and to Personal Information we collect through our Website, contact forms, consultation requests, advertising campaigns, analytics activities, lead generation activities, CRM systems, email communications, events, business development activities, and other online or offline interactions with us. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website. We have adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain what information may be collected on our Website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information we process on behalf of our clients in our capacity as a service provider or processor – such processing is governed by our agreements with those clients. See the “Client Data” section below.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.

When you visit or log in to our Website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email or home addresses. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below for details on advertising cookies and how to manage your preferences.

From time to time, Set Fire Creative may release Non-Personal Information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Website.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria we use to determine retention periods include: (a) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you; (b) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time); and (c) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

International Data Transfers

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. When we transfer Personal Information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to other countries, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your Personal Information receives adequate protection. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms rather than consent.

Note Regarding Website Marketing Copy: Certain pages of our Website may state that we do not “sell” your email address. That statement refers to the ordinary commercial practice of selling email contact lists to unrelated third parties. Under applicable privacy laws, “sale” and “sharing” may have a broader meaning – including disclosure of certain Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes. We do not sell your email address as a standalone contact list. We may use limited contact, device, and online activity information for marketing, analytics, attribution, and advertising as described in this Privacy Policy. You may opt out of such use through our “Your Privacy Choices” link or by contacting us using the information below.
